We provide New Freedom transportation and information and referral services in the following counties:
Adams, Ashland, Barron, Bayfield, Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Clark, Crawford, Douglas, Dunn, Eau Claire, Florence, Forest, Grant, Iowa, Iron, Jackson, Juneau, La Crosse, Lafayette, Langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Monroe, Oneida, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Portage, Price, Richland, Rusk, Sauk, Sawyer, St. Croix, Taylor, Trempealeau, Vernon, Vilas, Washburn and Wood.

How Our Program Works:
Many of our qualified riders use our volunteer driver or voucher programs to get to medical, educational, employment-related, and social events. Riders who have someone to drive them may qualify for the voucher program. The rider can get vouchers to spend on a portion of their transportation costs.
Rider Eligibility:
For riders to be eligible for the program, they must have a temporary or permanent disability, or be frail elderly, and have a transportation barrier.
