The Center for Independent Living for Western Wisconsin (CILWW) advocates for the full participation in society of all persons with disabilities. Our goal is empowering individuals to exercise choices to maintain or increase their independence. Our strategy is providing consumer-driven services at no cost to persons with disabilities in Western Wisconsin.

The Center for Independent Living is a private non-profit agency providing services to people with disabilities in a ten county area.

CILWW operates as a 501c3 non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible.All donations are used to directly benefit people with disabilities and are not reduced by administrative costs.

To advocate for community change and services, CILWW has set up a Legislative Advocacy Network (LAN). Consumers are encouraged to be involved by being trained and participating in letter writing, e-mail and phone calls.
